چکیده
Abstract Leading cause of death in pregnant women still remains venous thromboembolism, with an incidence 1.4 to 4.9 per 100,000 pregnancies. A special group inherited and acquired coagulation disorders associated a susceptibility thrombosis is thrombophilia. Physiological changes during the pregnancy also contribute occurrence thromboembolic diseases (VTE) pregnancy. Total rate thromboembolism 100 pregnancies 200 births. Etiopathogenesis obstetric complications thrombophilia not clearly defined, which one reasons for occasional failure therapy. In hereditary oxidative stress considered be complications, similar preeclampsia. Based on findings so far, additional research should clarify questions regarding anticoagulants role loss prevention. this paper, we analyze effect screening outcomes, consider justification use anticoagulation therapy difficult situations, discuss about previous knowledge field argue new specific protocols. short, address prescribing evaluation their within therapeutic strategies.

Thrombophilia and Pregnancy Complications
There is a paucity of strong evidence associated with adverse pregnancy outcomes and thrombophilia in pregnancy. These problems include both early (recurrent miscarriage) and late placental vascular-mediated problems (fetal loss, pre-eclampsia, placental abruption and intra-uterine growth restriction). Due to poor quality case-control and cohort study designs, there is often an increase in the ...
متن کاملPregnancy and Thrombophilia
Thrombophilic disorders encompass a diverse group of coagulation disorders that potentiate a predisposition for thrombotic events (e.g. deep vein thrombosis and pulmonary embolism). The term thrombophilia was coined in 1965 following a Norwegian familial study of venous thrombosis [1]. The entity of thrombophilia has also been described as a disorder in which there is abnormally, enhanced coagu...

Thrombophilic risk factors are common and can be found in 15% to 25% of Caucasian populations. Since pregnancy is an acquired hypercoagulable state, women harboring thrombophilia may present with clinical symptoms of vascular complications for the first time during gestation or at the postpartum period(1). Women with thrombophilia may have an increased risk of placental vascular complications, ...

Venous thromboembolism is the leading cause of pregnancy-associated morbidity and mortality. Women with thrombophilia have an increased risk of VTE in pregnancy and puerperium. In individuals with hereditary thrombosis risk factors a relative risk of pregnancy associated VTE ranging from 3.4 to 15.2 has been found. Women with previous VTE have an approximately 3.5-fold increased risk of recurre...
